On sending emails and being a part of a community
I'm very new on this blogging thing - like I created this blog 2 days ago new - and I never engaged on this kind of thing before. I think I joined the internet after the time of blogs tbh. Now that I'm here I'm still not fully sure how things work.
I hadn't realized before but being an active participant in a community means actively engaging with it and not just consuming it. In the case of blogs that means sending messages to people, even tho it feels like i'm a kid sending an email to a teacher for some reason. There is something there about the veil of authority someone gains just by being the writter of the text you are reading.
That all being said I do want to try it out. It feels like a way nicer way to be on the internet then endlessly scrolling youtube shorts - not that I'm gonna stop that any time soon. Oh and I'm probably gonna be translating all my posts to english over the week since most of the people I want to interact with are speaking english.
